Charles Oudin timepieces are delivered with a certificate of authenticity featuring its unique reference number to guarantee that your watch has been manufactured with the highest quality standards that made our reputation since 1797.

Charles Oudin guarantees its jewelry-watches for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase specified on the authenticity certificate.
Charles Oudin is not responsible for normal wear and tear of the watch and straps, as well as damages due to improper use of the timepiece such as shock, crushing.

Charles Oudin will be pleased to satisfy each client’s quest for exceptional & unique timepiece by proposing a customization service.
Our craftsmen apply their skills and talent to meet each singular and personal wish:
Hand engraving a name, initials, coat of arms, date or other decors… Contact us to discuss your ideas, it will be crafted in Paris by the best artisans holding title of

BATTERY >

In theory, the quartz battery of your Charles Oudin watch needs to be replaced every
3 years in average.

STRAPS >

The feminine straps are made of natural fabrics: satin and leather.
Therefore, they are permeable and delicate. They will get banded or show normal marks of use over time.
Charles Oudin advises you to avoid any contact with water, humidity, cosmetics such cream, perfume, oil, make-up or other fatty matter which could damage your watch’s
strap.
2 extra satin straps are gifted along with your Charles Oudin timepiece at purchased.
We recommended that you ask a watchmaker when you wish to change it to a new color. Special and limited edition are produced each season and available for sale.
